FRESHMAN (2014-2015)
Played 29 games as a rookie for the Lady Bulldogs ... Scored 2.7 points per game .....record a 32.4 FG % and a 72 FT%. Her season high was 14 points against Eastern Kentucky.
BENTON HARBOR HIGH SCHOOL
Nashaye attended Benton Harbor High School where she played multiple sports including: basketball, volleyball, softball, soccer and cross-country.In her basketball career, she was A Michiana McDonald's All-American, she received the Most Improved Player award, and she was recognized as WSJM's Athlete of the Week.

Nashaye ("Shaye)" is from Benton Harbor, Michigan ... daughter of Pamela Norwood-Wright and Sean Wright ... She chose Alabama A&M because she wanted to experience the feeling of being at a HBCU ... Her goal is to be the best defensive player and wants to be the best defensive team in the SWAC and wants to win the SWAC championship ... After completing her basketball career, she wants to join the Navy.
