Jero Chun-Chieh Yang is in his first season as an assistant coach for the Alabama A&M University men’s basketball program.
Yang severed as a scouting and video coordinator for the Taiwan Men’s National Basketball Team, where he assisted head coach Charlie Parker, with practice, pre-practice film sessions and individual player workouts. In addition, he organized and executed all the scouting reports, constructed team playbooks database and personnel edits. Also, he assisted the coach with staff evaluations and planned player development in the offseason.
Yang has coached in numerous worldwide tournaments, including the 2019 FIBA Basketball World Cub, 2019 ISBC in Moscow, Russia and the 2020 FIB Asia Cup in 2021.
Yang graduated from the National Chengchi University, with an emphasis on Land Economics.
