Box Score / The Bulldogs of Alabama A&M squared off with the Bulldogs of Butler Univ. on Sat. Oct. 3 in Indianapolis, Ind. with Butler the victor in three straight sets. Madinah Abdullah and Clarissa Moore had eight kills each for A&M. The team is back in action on Mon. Oct. 5 when they host eastern division rival Mississippi Valley for a 7 p.m. contest.
The Bulldogs dropped all three sets by scores of 25-11, 25-21, and 25-20. As a collective, A&M had 30 kills out of 121 attempts for a .050 hitting percentage. Natalie Rodriguez assisted on 25. Rose Corneille and Karensa Beckford had 14 and 11 digs, respectively.
A&M will look to win its second straight conference game on Oct. 5 when it plays Mississippi Valley. The match is slated for 7 p.m.
