NORMAL – The Alabama A&M Lady Bulldogs will host the Lady Braves of Alcorn State University on Tuesday, October 12 at 6 pm. 

A&M (7-8, 2-0 SWAC) resumes their familiar spot on top of the Eastern division standings with their victory over Jackson State in three straight sets on Friday night.  The Lady Bulldogs remain the only undefeated team in the East while Prairie View stands undefeated in the West. 

A&M is led by sophomore Clarissa Moore who ranks fifth in the SWAC with 143 kills. Junior Christi Rodgers leads the way in assists with 255.  The starting setter sits in the sixth spot in the conference in assists.  Senior Rose Corneille is ranked second in digs, in the SWAC, totaling 244.

Alcorn State is winless on the year with a 0-7 overall record.  The Maroon & White defeated the Lady Braves three games to none in September for their first divisional win.

The game will be played in Elmore Gymnasium and is free and open to the public.
