NORMAL, AL - After nearly two weeks of preseason training, the Alabama A&M Lady Bulldogs soccer team will host Austin Peay University in their home opener at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, August 19th at the Lady Bulldog soccer field.
The Lady Bulldogs return a large portion of their contributors from the 2010 season, but 2011 is a new year.
The Lady Bulldogs was picked to finish fourth in the SWAC’s preseason poll.
Celeste Roberts was selected to the Preseason All-SWAC first team,while her teammate Brittany Joseph was selected to second team.
The contest is free and open to the public.
