Bulldogs Shutout in Season Opener

NORMAL - It was a tough start to the season for the Alabama A&M women's soccer team as the Bulldogs managed just one shot offensively from Celeste Roberts in an 14-0 loss to Austin Peay University.

The Lady Governors opened quickly with two goals in the first five minutes of the game.

APU outshot A&M 38-1 on the afternoon.

Goalkeeper Linda Aboagye had nine saves for the Lady Bulldogs.

The Bulldogs are in action again Sunday at home as they take on Kennesaw State for a 1:00 p.m. start.
