NORMAL --The Alabama A&M Lady Bulldogs gave a valiant effort in a 3-0 defeat to the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga on Tuesday night in the T.M. Elmore Gymnasium. The Mocs defeated the Lady Bulldogs 25-21, 25-20, and 25-23.
Clarissa Moore led Alabama A&M (4-14), with 12 kills. Sophomore Mariah Brown totaled seven. Ashley Forman led the team with 26 assists while Audrey Harris posted a game high 12 digs for the Maroon & White.
The Mocs was led by Christina Teter's game-high 15 kills while HeatherParman added 12. UT setter Megan Henderson finished with a game-high 33 assists while PaulaPassmore led the team with 16 digs.
A&M will have a week ff to fine tune then host Albany State on Tuesday, September 27 at 6 p.m. in Elmore Gymnasium.
