Bulldog Basketball travels to Vanderbilt

Game Notes

NORMAL – The last time Alabama A&M played the Commodores of Vanderbilt University they fell 78-55 in Nashville, Tennessee under legendary head coach Vann Pettaway.

On Saturday, December 15^th AAMU will tangle with their neighbors from the Nashville again this time at 7 p.m. in the Memorial Gymnasium on the campus of Vanderbilt University.

A&M (2-5) is coming off a 65-46 loss at the hands of Mercer University last Saturday. Demarquelle Tabb secured his 11^th double double of his career with 12 points and 14 rebounds vs. the Bears. He leads the team averaging 11.6 points per game and 10.1 boards a contest. Brandon Ellis averages 10.9 points a game while Jeremy Crutcher rounds out the scorers with 10.4 points a contest.

The Commodores are coming off a 66-64 overtime victory over Xavier University on December 6^th. Kedren Johnson leads the team with 17 points a game while Kyle Fuller averages 13.3 a game.
