A&M Tennis participates in the 2012 SWAC Tournament Championship

NORMAL – The Alabama A&M women’s and men’s’ tennis teams will go after the Southwestern Athletic Conference 2012 tennis championship this weekend in Alexandria, Louisiana, Friday through Sunday April 20^th – 22th.

The Lady Bulldogs finished the regular season with an 8-11 overall record and a 3-3 league mark. The women’s squad earned the sixth seed and will face fourth seeded Arkansas-Pine Bluff at 9 a.m. on Friday morning.

The Bulldogs earned the fifth seed in the 2012 tournament and will open versus third seed UAPB at 1 p.m. The Maroon & White men’s squad ended the 2012 season with a 5-9 overall record and a 2-3 conference mark.
