Women’s soccer set for first road test

Normal-The 0-4 Lady Bulldogs are set for their first road contest of the 2013 campaign.

On Friday, September 6, the Maroon & White will travel to Jacksonville, Ala. to face the Gamecocks of Jacksonville State. Kickoff is set for 7 p.m. and the game can be followed via live stats.

The youthful A&M team played their first four games of the season, at Lady Bulldog field in front of the home fans. They last saw action against the Racers of Murray State who earned a 10-nil victory.

Friday night's contest will be the first time the team will have to travel to play in an "enemy" zone.

The crowd will back heavily the 1-2-1 Gamecocks who are bringing in a two-game losing streak after recently dropping games to both Citadel (3-1), and Charleston Southern (2-4).
