ATHENS, Ohio --Â The Alabama A&M men's basketball team will open the 2017-18 season on the road Saturday (Nov. 11), when they take on the Bobcats of Ohio University in a 1 p.m.(CT)/2p.m. (ET) tipoff inside the Convocation Center.
The game will be streamed live on WatchESPN and the ESPN app.
This will be the second meeting between the two teams. The Bobcats topped the Bulldogs 72-47 when the teams last met on Dec. 14, 2013.
The Bulldogs will hit the court under the direction of first-year head coach Donnie Marsh and assistant coaches, Dylan Howard and Tyler Marsh. The men's squad features six returning letterman, including De' Ederick Petty who led the 2016-17 team with a .279 three-point field goal percentage. He was also second with 13.3 points per game for the Bulldogs. The 2017-18 roster also includes 10 talented newcomers.
