Volleyball: Lady Bulldogs and Lady Hornets to Play on SWAC Digital Network Tonight

MONTGOMERY- The Alabama A&M University volleyball will return to Southwestern Athletic Conference play Thursday night for its final road game of the season against rival Alabama State in Montgomery, AL at Lockhart Gymnasium.

The match is slated to begin at 7 p.m. and will be broadcasted on the SWAC Digital Network.

The Lady Bulldogs (13-17, 13-3 SWAC) are looking to bring home the victory against the Lady Hornets (23-9, 16-0 SWAC) as well as against the visiting Jackson State Lady Tigers Sunday, as they seek to secure the No. 2 seed in the upcoming SWAC Championship Tournament.

AAMU is coming off a 2-0 weekend, with wins over Alcorn State and Mississippi Valley. Alabama A&M's Meredith Sieck leads the league in assists with 816 (8.24/game). Syretha Pride is third in the league with a hitting percentage of .309 followed by Courtney Oliver's .267.
