Miami Uses Second Half Push To Top Bulldogs 79-63

OXFORD, Ohio __ TJ Parham finished with 17 points but the Alabama A&M men's basketball team fell 79-63 to Miami (OH) on Saturday afternoon at the John D. Millet Hall in Oxford, Ohio.

Parham scored his 17 points on 5-of-11 shooting, including 3-of-6 from the three point line along with four rebounds and also adding a block to his stat line.

After holding the Redhawks to under 30 percent shooting from the field in the first half, the Bulldogs headed into the locker room leading 32-29. However, Miami used a 29-9 run to begin the second half to take control of the game and take a 58-41 lead while hitting a total of 10 three pointers in the second half. The Redhawks controlled the lead for the remainder of the game.

Freshmen Cameron Alford and Garrett Hicks continue their double-digit scoring streaks, as Alford recorded his first double-double with 13 points and 10 rebounds to go with 5 assists. Hicks finished the game with 13 points and two steals on 5-of-12 shooting and two three pointers.
