HUNTSVILLE — The Alabama A&M basketball programs are set to hold their Coaches vs. Cancer event this weekend when the Bulldogs host Texas Southern for a pair of Southwestern Athletic Conference contests.

The Alabama A&M women's basketball team tips off at 4 p.m., with the men's game starting at about 6:30 p.m.

During the game, the representatives from the American Cancer Society of Huntsville and Madison County will be in attendance to hand out information on cancer awareness. Free lapel pins, silicone wrist bands and t-shirts with the Coaches vs. Cancer logo will also be available to the first fans through the gate.

During intermission between the two games, all cancer survivors in attendance are invited to enjoy food and refreshments in a designated area.
