HUNTSVILLE, Ala. – Coming off a near upset of the top team in the league, Alabama A&M (6-6, 4-6 SWAC) men's basketball returns to the court as they host Texas Southern (10-8, 7-3 SWAC) in their home finale on Monday, March 1. Tip-off is slated for approximately 7:30 p.m. following the women's contest.
The Bulldogs fell by a narrow 55-54 margin against Southwestern Athletic Conference leading Prairie View A&M on Saturday, February 27 while TSU won their third straight with an 86-76 victory at Alabama State that same day. Additionally, they played teams the likes of Washington State, Oklahoma State, Saint Mary's, Auburn and BYU in an extremely challenging non-conference slate.
