HUNTSVILLE, Ala. – Alabama A&M (4-3, 2-2 SWAC) women's soccer rides a three-game win streak – all 1-0 shutouts – into a showdown with rival and Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) leading Alabama State (5-2-1, 5-0-1 SWAC) on Friday, April 1. Game time is slated for 6 p.m. in Montgomery, Alabama.
The Bulldogs have made a habit of shutting down their opponents, recording 1-0 shutouts against Alcorn State (3/19), Texas Southern (3/26) and Prairie View A&M (3/28) in their last three outings. ASU, meanwhile, has been on a similar tear with shutouts in each of their last three games and an undefeated streak of six games. Most recently they downed TSU by a 1-0 score on March 28.
