BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – Heavy rains moving through the Greater Birmingham area have washed away the final 18 holes of the Southwestern Athletic Conference Birmingham Fall Invitational, leaving Day 1 results as the final record. Alabama A&M men's golf finished 6-of-7 with a round of 308 on Monday, November 14.

Jason Johnson (Toledo, Ohio) finished tied for 10-of-42 and junior
Felipe Gomez Lopez (Bogota, Columbia) tied for 15
th at 75.
Claiming tournament champion honors was Arkansas-Pine Bluff at 293 with Miles and Florida A&M tying for second at one stroke back at 294. Alabama State (295) and Texas Southern (303) closed out the top five with the Bulldogs in sixth at 308 and Prairie View (310) in seventh.
Alabama A&M is now off until the spring portion of the season when they head to Prattville, Alabama for the ASU Spring Classic from February 20-21.
