HUNTSVILLE, Ala. — Alabama A&M Baseball announced their 2023 schedule today, which includes 50 total games and 19 games at Bulldog Field.
 
The Bulldogs' 2023 season, their third under head coach Elliott Jones, contains ten non-conference opponents, highlighted by 2022 NCAA Tournament Super Regional host Tennessee.
 
A&M will begin the season on the road on Friday, February 17 with a three-game series against Alcorn State, before a trip to Knoxville to take on the Volunteers for a pair of games on February 21 and 22.
 
Next on the slate is the MLB Andre Dawson Classic, held in New Orleans, where the Bulldogs will face Jackson State, Grambling State, and Southern over three consecutive days from February 24-26.
 
Alabama A&M will host their home opener with a midweek meeting against Stillman on Tuesday, February 28, before participating in the Dallas Shootout against Wiley College (March 3-5).
 
The Bulldogs return to Bulldog Field for a matchup against Southern Louisiana the following week on Wednesday, March 8, before a final non-conference series on the road against Northwestern State (March 10-12).
 
A&M officially opens SWAC play on the road on Friday, March 17 against Jackson State in the first of a three-game series that runs March 17-19, followed by a midweek non-conference game at UT Martin on March 22, and another road conference series as they take on Florida A&M in Tallahassee from March 24-26.
 
Following the series against the Rattlers, the Bulldogs will return home for a seven-game homestand that includes three-game series against rival Alabama State (March 31-April 2) and Bethune-Cookman (Apr. 6-8), as well as a midweek game against Tuskegee on Apr. 4.
 
One of the final non-conference games on the year will take place on Tuesday, April 11 against Murray State, before A&M hosts weekend series against both Florida A&M (April 14-16) and Jackson State (April 21-23).
 
Next up the Bulldogs face road conference series against Mississippi Valley (April 28-30), Bethune-Cookman (May 5-7), and Alabama State (May 12-14), before closing out the regular season at home against Mississippi Valley running from May 18-20.
