HUNTSVILLE, Ala. ^__ The Bulldog men's basketball squad will look to finish the regular season on a high note as they travel to Louisiana for a matchup against Grambling State on Thursday evening inside the Fredrick C. Hobdy Assembly Center at 7 p.m.
 
Alabama A&M (13-16, 9-7 SWAC) enter the game fifth in the current SWAC standings after winning their last meeting against rival Alabama State, 55-50, in Montgomery. The Bulldogs have remained one of the top scoring teams in the league, scoring 70.4 points per contest, led by Garrett Hicks (Madison, Ala.) who is sixth in scoring at 13.4 points per.
 
A&M is also looking to avenge a loss earlier in the season series, as Grambling took a 66-60 win in the Event Center on February 6.
 
Grambling (20-8, 13-3 SWAC) comes into play on a seven-game win streak and are currently tied for first in the league standings with Alcorn State. The Tigers rank fourth in scoring offense at 68.7 points per game, while ranking first in scoring defense, allowing 62.7 points per contest. They also hold a 9-1 record at home this season.
