HOUSTON | A Texas Southern goal just three minutes into the second half was enough to push them past the Bulldogs and claim the match 1-0 on Friday evening.
TSU led the match from the beginning, outshooting the Bulldogs 9-2. AAMU picked up the pace in the second half, recording seven shots, with four on target. While TSU only totaled five shots in the second half, one found the back of the net as the lone goal in the match to solidify the Tiger win.
