HUNTSVILLE, Ala. | The Alabama A&M University men's tennis team snapped a two-match losing streak on Wednesday afternoon as the Bulldogs cruised to a 4-0 win over Mississippi Valley State in a Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) match at the AAMU Tennis Courts.
Alabama A&M (2-5 overall, 2-0 SWAC) earned the doubles point with wins at No. 2 and No. 3.
The team of
Yin Chih Lan and
Chetanna Amadike blanked Markwan Perkins and Michael Anthony, 6-0, at No. 2, while at No. 3, the team of
Kai Cowcher and
Freddie Lawrence won, 6-0, over Khalil James-Ware and Amir Williams.
The Bulldogs picked up the victory with wins at No. 2, No. 3 and No. 4.
Amadike, Lan and
Arnav Pathange won their matches with 6-0, 6-0 results.
