NEW ORLEANS, La. | The Alabama A&M University women's tennis team saw its season come to an end on Saturday in the Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) Women's Tennis Tournament semifinals with a 4-1 loss to Florida A&M at the City Park Tennis Center.

Florida A&M advances to Sunday's championship match and will meet the winner of Alabama State and Jackson State. Alabama A&M concludes the season with a 7-15 overall record.

The Rattlers claimed the doubles point, picking up victories at No. 1 and No. 2.

Alabama A&M got a victory at No 5 as
Hannah Nagpall defeated Susan Salinas, 6-1, 6-3. However, FAMU sealed the win with victories at No. 2, No. 3 and No. 4.
