NASHVILLE, Tenn. | The Alabama A&M University men's tennis team dropped it's first match of the season, 5-0, to Southeastern Athletic Conference (SEC) opponent Vanderbilt University on Thursday afternoon.
With AAMU down a pair to compete in doubles, the host team quickly claimed the doubles point, winning 6-2 on both courts. The Maroon and White could not overcome the Commodores in singles play, as Vanderbilt swept four straight singles matches to claim the 5-0 victory.
