MONTGOMERY, Ala. | Lukas Lange and
Samuel Boddie carded 153s as the Alabama A&M University men's golf team finished tied for fifth on Tuesday at the ASU Spring Classic at the Arrowhead Country Club.
Lange shot a 5-over-par 77 during the first 18 holes and added a 76 on the second for a 153. Boddie fired a 9-over 80 in the first round and was just 1 over on the second 18 holes. Niall Bagnell carded a 157 and finished tied for 21
st, while
Kourey Patterson first a 163 (35
th). Fabian Sanchez rounded out the team scoring by placing 51
st.
Texas Southern's Kci Lindskog was the individual medalist with a 2-over-par 146.
Alabama A&M shot a 626 to finished tied for fifth with Tennessee State. Kentucky State won the tournament with a 606, followed by Arkansas-Pine Bluff (614), Texas Southern (622) and Miles (622). Chicago State placed seventh with a 632, followed by host Alabama State (634), Savannah State (644) and Southern (644).
