BIRMINGHAM, Ala. | Alabama A&M University Men's tennis swept the Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) weekly honors, the league office announced Tuesday.

Kai Cowcher earned SWAC Player of the Week after  he picked up a 5-7, 7(6)-6, 10-7 victory over Austin Peay's Sota Minami at first singles.

Goran Krivokapic defeated APU's Glen Arnet 7-5, 6-3 at fifth singles to earn SWAC Newcomer of the Week.

The Bulldogs return to action on Friday as they take on Troy University on Friday at 1 p.m. Admission to Friday's match is free and fans can park in the lots behind T.M. Elmore Gymnasium. Live streaming is available via Track.Tennis and live stats can be found via IonCourts.
