Garrett Hicks (played in 2019-23, plays pro in Georgia) could not help RASHI (7-9) in their game last Sunday, falling 104-95 at home to Orbi. Hicks posted 28 points and three assists in 37 minutes. He is averaging 18.7 points, 4.7 boards, 3.9 assists and 1.6 steals per game.
 
Olisa Akonobi (played in 2022-23, plays in Mexico) was not able to help Frayles de Guasave (4-6) in their last game, losing 90-75 on the road to Pioneros Los Mochis. Akonobi had a double-double, with 12 points and 15 rebounds. In addition, he blocked four shots. Akonobi is averaging 10.9 points, 8.8 rebounds and 2.8 blocks through 10 games this season.
 
Xavier Brewer (played in 2022-23, plays pro in Switzerland) led the Wallabies to a 3-point victory over Bernex, 67-64 in the Swiss NLB (second division) on Saturday night. Brewer, selected the MVP of the game, registered a double-double of 21 points and 11 boards, along with a pair of blocks. He is averaging 21.7 points, 8.3 boards, 2.0 steals and 1.8 assists in 22 games.
 
Desmond Jackson (played in 2006-06, plays in the TBL) could not help the Jersey Shore Breaks in falling to the Fredrick Flying Cows in the TBL. He finished with 10 points and five rebounds in 43 minutes. Jackson is averaging 7.3 points and 6.0 rebounds per game.
