THE HILL | The Alabama A&M University baseball concluded its Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) series with an 11-1 loss in seven innings to Bethune-Cookman on Sunday at the Bulldog Baseball Field.

HOW IT HAPPENED
After three scoreless innings to begin the game, Bethune-Cookman broke the game open with four runs in the top half of the fourth to grab a 4-0 lead.

The Wildcats (20-16 overall, 13-2 SWAC) extended the advantage to 11-0 with four runs in the fifth and three more in the sixth.

Alabama A&M (9-26, 2-13) got a run back in the bottom of the seventh as
Dre Amaral led off the inning with a walk and advanced to second when
Kylan Duncan singled to center.
Charles Morris followed with a base hit through the right side as Amaral scored.

- Alabama A&M finished with one run on four hits, committed four errors and left three on base
- Kylan Duncan, Charles Morris and AJ Anderson collected hits
- Jordan Nolley started for the Bulldogs, giving up just one hit, walking three and striking out one in three innings
- Raymond Clark (1-5), Bryce Dolce and Killian McLaughlin pitched in relief
- Bethune-Cookman finished with 11 runs on seven hits and stranded 12 on base
- Plascencia went 2-for-2 with three runs scored
- Jeter Polledo was 2-for-3, with three runs scored and one RBI
- Sergio Rivera went 1-for-2, with four RBI and three runs scored
- Edwin Sanchez (5-1) pitched a complete game to earn the win, surrendering one run on four hits, fanning eight and walking one
