Olisa Akonobi (played in 2022-23, plays pro in Mexico) could not help Caballeros de Culiacan in their game, falling 107-84 on the road to Halcones de Ciudad Obregon. Akonobi recorded a double-double of 11 points and 10 rebounds, along with three blocks in 22 minutes. Akonobi is averaging 7.3 rebounds, 6.9 points and 1.9 blocks per game.
Desmond Jackson (played in 2006-06, plays in the TBL) contributed to a Jersey Shore Breaks 116-111 victory against the Reading Rebels in Saturday night's game. He poured in 10 points and five boards, and is averaging 4.9 points and 3.9 boards.
