David Faulk received a pair of Phil Steele Honors as the Bulldogs placed seven members on the All-SWAC Team.
Faulk was named Phil Steele Third Team All-American and earned Phil Steele Third Team All-SWAC Honors.
The freshman kicker took over the kicking duties on Sept. 20 and went 10-for-12 in field goal attempts, including going 4-for-4 from between 40-to-49 yards. He booted a career-best 47-yarder at Bethune-Cookman. On extra points, Faulk was 18-of-19 in attempts.
Redshirt senior tight end
Travaunta Abner added another postseason accolade as he was selected to the Phil Steele All-SWAC First Team.
Abner, who received HBCU College Football All-American honors by BOXTOROW and an All-SWAC First Team selection, was a huge asset to the Bulldogs' passing game this season, catching 35 passes for 380 yards, along with three touchdowns.
He averaged 10.9 yards per catch and 38.0 yards per game. In addition, the Lanett, Ala. native 104 receiving yards, including a game-sealing 21-yarder in a 23-21 victory over Tennessee State. Abner also recorded a season-high nine catches for 102 yards at Bethune-Cookman.

Franck Pierre garnered Phil Steele All-SWAC Second Team honors after catching 33 passes for 548 yards, with five touchdowns. He recorded a 72-yard touchdown pass at Bethune-Cookman. Pierre averaged 16.6 yards per catch and nearly 50.0 yards per game.

Jordan Chambers-Smith earned fourth team honors.
Walker played in all 12 games for the Bulldogs, catching a team-high 37 passes for 526 yards. He averaged 14.2 yards per a reception and 43.8 yards per game. In addition, he led the team with six touchdown receptions. Walker's biggest game came in the Gulf Coast Challenge, catching nine passes for 100 yards and one score.
Wright registered 72 total tackles, including 34 solo stops. He posted 6.0 tackles for a loss of 28 yards, along with three sacks, one forced fumble, one quarterback hurry and one interception.
Cole punted the ball 67 times for 2,741 yards, averaging 40.9 yards per punt. He had a long of 54 yards against Prairie view A&M. In addition, 17 of his punts landed inside the 20 and had six punts of 50-plus yards. He recorded 11 punts, for 480 yards against Prairie View A&M.
Chambers-Smith returned 13 punts for 114 yards, averaging 8.7 yards per return. He returned a season-best return of 29 yards in a victory over Lane College. In addition, to the 29-yard punt return against the Dragons, Chambers-Smith also had a kickoff return of 24 yards.
