Marcus Spencer broke up a no-hitter and shutout with one swing Monday night at Tennessee Tech with his sixth home run of the season, an opposite field drive over the right field wall. Unfortunately for the Bulldogs, that was the only run they could muster in a 7-1 loss to the Golden Eagles.  Kellen Toone worked 7.0 innings, but gave up a three-run homer in the first, and A&M was never able to get back the momentum.

The loss leaves the Bulldogs 14-24 on the season heading into Wednesday's road game at Samford beginning at 6 p.m.
