Hayes debuts in home opener

NORMAL – First-year head coach Willie Hayes will debut in his first home contest as the head coach of the Bulldog men’s basketball team Monday, November 14 at 7 p.m.

Talladega College will serve as the first opponent to enter T. M. Elmore gymnasium under coach Hayes regime.

In the Maroon & White’s first game of the season Tulane University took a 72-63 win in New Orleans, Louisiana last Friday night. Senior Casey Cantey scored a game high 19 points and was the lone Bulldog to enter double figures. The Demopolis, Alabama native is 84 points away from his 1,000^th on “The Hill”.
