NORMAL—The Alabama A&M baseball team will host Tuskegee University in a nine-inning single game contest on Wednesday, March 16, at 3:30 p.m.
The Bulldogs (1-13) are coming off a 9-1 loss to the University of Tennessee this past Tuesday.
Leading A&M at the plate is senior Kency Duarte with a .368 batting average. On the mound Joshua Blocker earned his first win of the year over Florida A&M University with a 5-2 decision. The junior is 1-3 on the season after seven appearances.
Tuskegee brings in a 4-6 overall record with William Buford leading the team with a .389 batting average, a 4.91 earned run average and a 2-1 record from the mound.
The match-up will be played at the Bulldog baseball field on “The Hill”.
