Alabama A&M set to open five-game home stand

NORMAL – The Alabama A&M baseball team will open a five-game home stand when they host the Tigers of Jackson State University this weekend.

A&M (5-21, 0-9 SWAC) last posted a victory Feb. 29 against Tuskegee. The Bulldogs dropped their 16^th straight contest to Austin Peay University 19-4 this past Tuesday.

Jackson State comes in standing in first place of the Eastern Division with an 8-1 conference record and a 16-8 overall mark. The Tigers are coming off a 12-0 defeat against Ole Miss University.

The three-game league series will begin on Saturday, March 31^st, at 12 p.m. with a double header then on Sunday, April 1^st, with a single nine inning contest schedule for 12 p.m.
