Baseball falls to the University of Arkansas 20-2 & 13-0

FAYETEVILLE – The Bulldog baseball team was up against a tall order in facing the #15 ranked Razorbacks of the University of Arkansas.

Game one saw UA scored a season high 20 runs on A&M a first all season the Bulldogs have allowed. After using four pitchers, Sanchez Tucker earned the loss after going 3.2 innings and striking out three.

Alabama A&M managed just four hits with T. J. Lindsey, Bradley Black, Austin Hulsey and Josh Freeman each posting a hit.

Lindsey and Freeman recorded the two runs while Dodson posted the lone run batted in.

Game two saw A&M scoreless for only the fifth time this year as the Razorbacks shut out the Maroon & White 13-0.
Arkansas threw seven different pitchers at the Bulldogs holding them to two hits.  Allen Belue earned the loss after three innings of work.

A&M will continue their spring break road trip with weekend dates versus New Mexico State University March 15th through the 17th.  The meeting can be followed via live radio.
