AAMU Overall Stats

Normal- The Alabama A&M baseball team is set for a single game contest versus the Golden Eagles of Tennessee Tech.

On Tuesday, April 23rd, the teams will meet for the second time this season. In their first meeting, the Golden Eagles won their seventh straight game with an 8-6 victory over the Bulldogs.

A&M’s starting pitcher Austin Hulsey was pulled in the first inning after giving up a three-run homer to TTU’s Zach Stephens, and earned the loss on the day.

Despite being down 6-0 in the first inning, the Bulldogs did not go down easily. They got back into the game with a five run fourth inning to close the lead to one run.  Their comeback fell short however, and the Maroon & White went on to lose 8-6.

The Maroon & White enter the game at 3-35 on the season, after dropping a three game series to Murray State.
