GAINSEVILLE, Fla. — The Alabama A&M women's track and field team was in action again on Friday for the second day of the Pepsi Florida Relays at the University of Florida.

After a productive Day 1, the only event Alabama A&M competed in on Day 2 was the women's 4x400-meter relay, and the Lady Bulldogs made it count.

The relay, which consisted of Terion Davis, Diamond Griffin, Maya Davis and Autumn Locklin posted a personal-best with a time of 3:46.79, which places Alabama A&M in the second-place position in the Southwestern Athletic Conference on the season in that event.

"It is a Great Day to be a Bulldog," Alabama A&M track and field coach LaShaunda Jones said. "I am so excited to see what will become of this team in the future. This team consisted of three sophomores and one junior. We are young and still learning and getting better each meet."

Alabama A&M will be back in action on Saturday for the final day of the Pepsi Florida Relays.
