HUNTSVILLE, AL ^__ Alabama A&M Athletics have altered Fan Day times due to an extreme heat advisory in Huntsville.

The event, originally scheduled from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, August 17, will now begin with the football scrimmage at 8 a.m. Fan Day activities will then start after the completion of the scrimmage. Posters and schedule cards will be available at the event. In addition, fans will be able to have time for autographs and photographs with our student-athletes. 

The Fan Day Ticket Special will still be available for purchase on Saturday only either online or at Louis Crews Stadium. This one day special allows fans to purchase a season football ticket package at the discounted rate of $100. The promotional code for this price is "Fan Day Special."

Alabama A&M will play Pine Bluff in the 2019 home opener Saturday, September 7. The remaining home games include Texas Southern (Homecoming, Oct. 5), Jackson State (Nov. 9) and Mississippi Valley (Nov. 23).

The Sept.1 season opener is the First Annual Black College Football Hall of Fame Game in Canton, Ohio. The primetime game is scheduled for an 3:30 p.m. kickoff and will be aired on NFL Network.

The Lady Bulldog soccer team opens its season with an exhibition game at UAH on Aug. 18, while the Lady Bulldog volleyball season opener is set for Aug. 30 when they face off against Florida A&M in Montgomery for the SWAC/MEAC  Tournament.
