BIRMINGHAM, Ala. __ For the first time in history the Southwestern Athletic Conference will host the Cricket Wireless SWAC Basketball Virtual Media Days on November 2-3 at 10:00 am on both days via the SWAC Digital Network (SDN) on YouTube.
The two-day event will feature a special address by SWAC Commissioner Dr. Charles McClelland to start event coverage on opening day.
The Cricket Wireless SWAC Basketball Virtual Media Days will tip-off the Women's Basketball season leading to the 2021 Cricket Wireless SWAC Men's and Women's Basketball Tournament which is scheduled to held on March 9, and 12-13.
The virtual broadcast will feature one-on-one interviews with SDN analyst James Verrett along with SWAC Women's Basketball head coaches and one student-athlete from each member institution.

The Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) is considered one of the premier HBCU conferences in the country and currently ranks among the elite in the nation in terms of HBCU alumni playing with professional sports teams.
