Due to COVID-19 concerns within the Southern Miss program, Alabama A&M women's basketball will open the 2020-21 season against Troy tomorrow.

Alabama A&M Game at Southern Miss Cancelled; No. 11 Troy Remains as Scheduled

HATTIESBURG, Miss. – Alabama A&M (0-0, 0-0 SWAC) women's basketball was slated to open the 2020-21 season this afternoon at Southern Mississippi (0-0, 0-0 C-USA) as part of the Lady Eagle Thanksgiving Classic, however, that game has been cancelled out of an abundance of caution due to COVID-19 concerns within the USM program.

The Bulldogs will now open with No. 11 Troy (0-0, 0-0 SBC) in their regularly scheduled game at 2 p.m. on Saturday, November 28. That game will be played at USM's Reed Green Coliseum with live stats and live video available below.
