NASHVILLE, Tenn. __ After competing in multiple events over the weekend, the Alabama A&m track and field team concluded the Outdoor Music City Challenge hosted by Vanderbilt on Saturday with five top finishers.

Victoya Smith was the best finisher on both sides for the Bulldogs, taking home second place in the 100-meter run with a time of 11.77 seconds in both the preliminaries and the final heats.
Olivia Andrews also ran in the 100 prelims at 12.41 seconds, finishing 23rd, while
Aneisha Ingram (2:13.96) finished just outside the top 20 in the 800-meter.

Freshman
Shakiera Woods finished 10th in the 100-meter hurdles at 14.74 seconds, followed later by
Amber Jamison taking sixth at 11.37m in the women's triple jump.

On the men's side,Â
Joshua Graham took fourth in the triple jump with a distance of 14.24 meters, while senior
Isaiah McCaulley finished seventh in the hammer throw at 50.81 meters.

Other solid performers were
Talil Atkins (10.95) and
Kyle Graham (11.19) at 17th and 23rd respectively in the 100-meter prelims, while
Leslie Jones finished at 1:56.07, good for 20th in the 800-meter.

The next meet for Alabama A&M will start postseason play, with the SWAC Outdoor Track Championship set to start on Thursday, May 4 and conclude on Saturday, May 6.
