LEXINGTON, Ky. | Alabama A&M University women's freshman hurdler
Ana-Liese Torian fell just one tenth and one spot shy of qualifying for the final round of the 100-meter hurdles on Thursday afternoon at the NCAA Division I East First Round at the University of Kentucky Outdoor Track and Field Facility.

Torian, a native of Homewood, Ill., and the program's record holder in the event, ran a time of 13.44 in Heat No. 5 and finished 25
th overall. That time was just one tenth of a second off as Myla Greene, of Tennessee, was the last qualifier for the finals, logging a time of 13.43 to place 24
th overall.
