BIRMINGHAM, Ala. | The Alabama A&M University men's and women's track & field teams concluded the weekend at the South Alabama Invitational on Sunday at the Birmingham Crossplex.
In the women's 400 meters,
Kennedy Hill placed seventh, posting a time of 59.09, and
Minka Isom claimed fifth in the 800m, logging a time of 2:20.25.
In the women's long jump,
Lanaisha Lubin finished third, recording a leap of 5.47m, while
Amber Jamison placed eighth in 5.29m.
On the men's side,
Justin Walker recorded a third-place finish in the long jump, with a leap of 7.09m, while
Olivier Jean and
Cameron Andrews were fourth and sixth, respectively at 7.06m and 6.93m.
Jean also placed eighth in the triple jump, logging a distance of 13.16m.
