THE HILL — Alabama A&M University head volleyball coach
Dr. Brandon Reeves announced on Wednesday the addition of 10 student-athletes to the 2026 roster, reinforcing the Bulldogs' momentum with two high-impact transfers and eight dynamic freshmen.
The class is strategically built to elevate Alabama A&M on both ends of the floor, combining championship experience, positional versatility, and high-ceiling talent as the Bulldogs prepare to contend for a Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) Championship.
The newest Bulldogs include transfers Gerren Tomlin and Amaya Jennings, along with freshmen Kinslee Carter, Jordyn Brown, Scholar Bates, Ivy Maxwell, Kennedy Moss, Sage Jackson, Rhyan Holloway, and Shaylee Howard.
With a balance of experience, athleticism, and positional depth, this class addresses key needs while reinforcing Alabama A&M's culture of development and competition.
"This group gives us everything we need—experience, depth, versatility, and hunger," Reeves said. "These are the missing pieces to our puzzle. We're building something special on the Hill, and this class puts us in position to compete for a SWAC Championship."
