OLD HICKORY, Tenn. | The Alabama A&M University men's golf team sits in seventh place after two rounds of the TSU Big Blue Invitational on Monday at the Hermitage Golf Course.
Alabama A&M carded a 589 and is 21-over par through the first two rounds as Arkansas-Pine Bluff and Florida A&M share the lead at 4-over par 572. Tennessee State is third (574), followed by Prairie View A&M (577), Miles (585) and Alabama State (585). Parkland (595), UMass Amherst (601), John A. Logan (604) and Jackson State (627) round out the 11-team field.
Vicente Rodriguez is the top Alabama A&M player and is tied for 20
th. He shot 4 over during the first round and even par during the second for a 146.
Kourey Patterson is tied for 24
th, shooting a 147, while
Samuel Boddie carded a 148 and is tied for 29
th.
James Fujita shot a 151 (tied for 43
rd) and
Lukas Lange carded a 152 (tied for 46
th).
Jules De Reu, of Arkansas-Pine Bluff, is the leader after two rounds, firing a 6-under-par 136.
