THE HILL | Alabama A&M University head cross country coach Andrew Murphy announced on Tuesday the Bulldogs will compete in six meets across four states during the 2026 season, highlighted by the Legacy Series Invite in Huntsville.
 
"We are excited about the opportunities this schedule provides our student-athletes," Murphy said. "Each meet will challenge us and help prepare our teams for the Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) Championships. Competing at home in the Legacy Series Invite will be especially meaningful, and we look forward to representing Alabama A&M in front of our supporters in Huntsville."
 
The Bulldogs open the 2026 campaign on Aug. 29 at the Belmont Opener in Nashville, Tenn., before hosting its lone home meet of the season, the Legacy Series Invite, on Sept. 11. The Maroon & White will remain in the Rocket City the following week for the Southern Showcase on Sept. 18.
 
After a two-week break, Alabama A&M resumes competition on Oct. 3 at the Louisville Classic in Louisville, Ky.
 
The Bulldogs conclude the season Oct. 28 at the SWAC Cross Country Championships in Tallahassee, Fla.
