BOX SCORES: Game 1 / Game 2
The Alabama A&M softball team dominated Miles College 6-5 in the first game and 7-1 in the second game, to sweep the series on Sat. Feb. 20 at Bulldog Field. Freshmen pitchers Melanie Menchaca and Janice Aleman captured their win in their collegiate debut - pitching two complete games, giving up six runs, while fanning seven total batters. The Bulldogs are back in action on Wed. Feb. 24 at Austin Peay beginning at 2 p.m.

Game 1 - AAMU 6, Miles 5
Sabrina Hurns, Jasmine Riley, and Menchaca all recorded two hits on the afternoon. Riley also added two RBI and two runs scored.

Game 2 - AAMU 7, Miles 1
Riley and Menchaca led the A&M offense by going 2-for-3 at the plate. Riley scored two runs while Menchaca drove in three Bulldogs.
