Original Story
After going undrafted in the 2013 NFL Draft, Alabama A&M offensive lineman Jamaal-Johnson Webb signed a free agent contract with Arizona Cardinals Saturday night.
Webb, a 6-5, 313-pounder, made headlines when he became the first player from the school chosen to participate in the NFL Combine in Indianapolis back in February.
NFLDraftzone.com reported the news first.
"I am so ready to go to Arizona. I want to win and open holes. I can't wait to just put on the pads again and get some contact. What a great day, I'm a Cardinal," Johnson-Webb told the site.
Johnson-Webb, a first-team All-Southwestern Athletic Conference choice this past season, let all his Twitter followers know about the deal.
