MEAC/SWAC Challenge to host ESPN & Disney Career Seminar

NORMAL – The MEAC/SWAC Challenge will host an ESPN and Disney Career Seminar on the Alabama A&M campus on Wednesday, April16, at 2 p.m. in the Dawson building auditorium.

Scheduled to be in attendance for the collegiate event include Stephanie Grant – Senior Manager of Events, Mark Wright – Moderator, Celia Kelly – Associate Producer, Aaron Coleman – Senior Coordinating Director, Phil McKibbins – Senior Director Emerging Technology, Jason Hernanedez – HR Recruiter and Padaric Major – Official MEAC/SWAC Photographer (He is also an alum).

The event, which is open to the public, will feature speakers talking about how to obtain careers in sports management, business, and communications.

More than 20,000 fans participate in the yearly Labor Day weekend festivities in Central Florida for the start of college football season. Offering more than a game, weekend events also include a high school career seminar, a parade, band showcase and a Legends' Reception.
