Box Score 2 PhotogalleryNormal- The Lady Bulldogs dropped a pair of games to the Devillettes of Mississippi Valley State. A&M fell 4-3 in eight innings and 17-5 in five innings on Senior Day.
Although their final games on "The Hill" ended in defeat, the five seniors, Meaghan Gray, Melony Hill, Nikkea Rembert, Raven Grubbs, and Cassandra Brown, performed well, and got a great send off in front of their family and friends.
During the contest, the seniors combined for two runs, four hits, and two RBIs. The senior pitchers Gray and Brown combined to throw 10 innings, and strike out two batters.
The Lady Bulldogs will return to action Next weekend versus the Lady Braves of Alcorn University. This will be the final games of the 2014 regular season for the Maroon & White.
