Pair of Bulldogs' football games to be televised

BIRMINGHAM -- The Alabama A&M football team will have two games televised this season, the Southwestern Athletic Conference announced.

The conference released the full television schedule Monday that includes 14 contests that will spread across six networks. For the complete schedule, visit swac.org.

The annual Magic City Classic with Alabama State, set for Oct. 29, will be carried on ESPN3. Last year's Classic was also carried on ESPN3 and the replay was on ESPNU.

The Bulldogs final regular season game, when they visit Auburn on Nov. 19, can be seen on SEC Network +.

Alabama A&M opens the 2016 season Sept. 3 at Middle Tennessee State. Kickoff is 6 p.m.
